Summit Consulting Group

Tactical, strategic and operational support for Nevada social impact organizations

If you’re a leader or board member of a social impact organization in the state of Nevada, we just might be the best friend you’ve been looking for.

We’re skilled at helping nonprofits and mission-based organizations expand capacity, improve board and donor relationships, and create sustainable growth. With our support, you can successfully contend with virtually any challenge or threat.

We’re particularly good at preventing an unexpected setback from escalating into a full-blown crisis, and at keeping operations, funding and services running smoothly under uncertain or adverse conditions.

Your clients, stakeholders, staff and board are all counting on you – and you can count on us.

Our purpose

We’re a seasoned team of professional “do gooders” who formed Summit Consulting Group simply to help social impact organizations reach their highest potential, which occasionally means dealing with unforeseen events and challenges.

We know that virtually all social impact organizations were created as a response to a perceived societal need, such as:

  • To drive attention to an issue and create funding for identified solutions
  • To provide, augment, bolster or restore essential needs or services.
  • To improve lives or living conditions.

Your gallant mission likely falls into one of those categories – which is why we’re eager to help. We’re true believers in the power of social impact organizations, and because of that, we’re eager to provide the support your leadership needs to achieve critical goals. And because we know that social impact organizations usually operate with a slim budget, we’ve kept our fees affordable.

Our services

As experienced business executives, board members and community leaders in the public and private sectors, we’re able to assist with both short- and long-term operational needs in an array of strategic, tactical and operational areas, including:

  • Strategic and tactical planning

  • Organizational growth

  • Community and government awareness

  • Leadership development and succession planning

  • Crisis management

  • Immediate and interim leadership assistance

  • Development

Limited budget?
We can help with that, too

We understand the realities of the nonprofit world, so we’ve built Summit upon modest fee structures that fit within most budgets. We’re proud of our ability to keep our costs low. We don’t believe in surprise expenses and overruns, so once we’ve provided you a cost for our services, it won’t change.

And should finances pose a serious enough concern, we’ll even work to find financial assistance to offset our cost.
