6. Third-Party Services We Use
- Google Analytics — website analytics. Google’s practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out across all sites using Google’s browser add-on.
- YouTube — embedded video. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode where possible, and embedded players do not load until you consent.
- Google Maps — embedded maps, loaded only after you consent.
- Amazon Web Services — website hosting and server infrastructure, located in the United States.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communications, and thereafter for 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing business relationship. Server and security logs are retained for approximately 30 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and a web application firewall, to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, or ask us to stop sending you email. Email info@summitconsultingnv.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Marketing emails also include an unsubscribe link.
Nevada residents
